This Classes Portal ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of students, teachers, and parents who use our educational platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as:

• Account information (name, email, user type)
• Educational content (assignments, grades, messages)
• Files uploaded for assignments

How We Use Information

We use the information to:

• Provide educational services
• Facilitate communication between teachers and students
• Track academic progress
• Store assignment submissions

Google Drive Integration

When teachers connect Google Drive:

• We only access folders created by our app
• We do not read or modify other files in your Drive
• You can revoke access at any time through Google settings

Data Storage

• Data is stored securely using Supabase
• Assignment files may be stored in Google Drive (with permission) or Supabase storage
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties

Data Retention

Educational records are retained as required by educational standards. Users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

Children's Privacy

We comply with COPPA requirements. Student accounts for users under 13 require parental consent through the school administration.
