Acceptance of Terms

By using the Classes Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

Classes Portal provides an educational platform for:

• Class management and organization
• Assignment creation and submission
• Grade tracking
• Educational communication

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person
• Teachers must be authorized by their educational institution

Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Use the platform for educational purposes only
• Not share inappropriate or harmful content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts

Content Ownership

• Users retain ownership of their educational content
• You grant us license to store and display content as needed for the service
• Teachers are responsible for their class content

File Uploads

• Maximum file size: 10MB for students, 25MB for teachers
• Only educational content should be uploaded
• We may remove inappropriate content

Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
